directory/listing services. We might be an internet startup BUT we
have more than 20 years experience in the Luxury
Home design business. Our founder, Pablo Solis has designed
waterfront estates and luxury homes throughout So. Florida - including the
exquisite, multi-million dollar homes pictured below.
These homes were designed for many different builders, developers and private owners. But the common thread in the development of these new homes was that every homeowner and builders, new to the luxury home market, needed information, resources and quality vendors/sub-contractors that knew and specialized in the luxury home market. They were all reinventing the wheel when it came to finding knowledgeable companies, vendors and suppliers. We were constantly compiling and submitting a list for our clients to use. Experimenting and trying out a new sub, hoping that it works out, is not the way to develop your dream home. From this perceived flaw came the idea to create a centralized resource/directory that focuses on the needs of the luxury home buyer/owner and builder.
